Our story
EDSAFE Africa was founded in 2023 following the realization of the similarity of safety gaps within learning institutions while carrying out safety audits and seeking safety compliance.
The need and obligation for health and safety management systems across both private and public learning institutions cannot be overemphasized. While learning institutions are governed by educational standards under the Ministry of Education, the safety measures of learning institutions are crucial and can have detrimental effects on the lives of the stakeholders as well as the life of the business.

Meet Joy Njoroge
CEO of EDSAFE AFRICA.
Passionate about safety and health in schools, she holds a NEBOSH International General Certificate, a BSc in Health Systems Management, a Diploma in Nursing, various Certificates in Child Protection and Safeguarding, and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Psychology.
She's worked with various schools and aims to raise a safety-centered culture across learning institutions in Africa.
